WURKPLACE MANIFESTA
~Although women no longer work exclusively in the home, we still consider ourselves to be the nurturers. We are selfless caregivers. We make up almost half of the work force, but we understand that we are to be seen and not heard. When we enter the work force, we accept that we are kept in subordinate positions because we choose to take time to have children or care for sick or elderly family members. We appreciate the glass ceiling to keep us from taking on too much. Even though we work, we have perfected the art of multi-tasking. We are still able to prepare tasty AND nutritious meals for our husbands and children, take responsibility for raising well-behaved and successful children; we like driving to soccer practice, and enjoy cleaning toilets, doing laundry and attending PTA meetings. Above all else, we will maintain the standard of beauty by striving to attain measurements of 36-24-36.

Change is now!
~We will no longer accept the standards created by the male dominated wurkplace. All women join forces, walk away from your desk, cash register, conference table, die press, kitchen sink, or pimp. We don't want to look through the glass ceiling; we don't even want to shatter it; we want to blow up the fucking building. We will start a new wurkforce, which will be entirely female run, owned, and operated………..
We are DEMANDING these rights on behalf of ALL womyn, regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, class, marital status, age, appearance, weight, education:
FREE ON-SITE DAYCARE PROVIDED
Available at every place of employment; childcare will be provided at no cost to the employee. The daycare will also be available during all shifts the business is open, including a late night third shift if applicable. In addition to providing daycare, all employees must work one shift at the daycare each week instead of their regularly scheduled work hours while still being paid.
UNIVERSAL FREE HEALTH CARE
Healthcare should free and easily accessible for everyone. To achieve this, we will be using half of the government's approved military budget. Universal free health care will not be limited by HMOs. If you are sick or need medical attention you will be able to get help without paying out of pocket expenses. This healthcare includes dental and vision.
¨MEDIATOR SERVICE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT
While sexual harassment will be much rarer in our wurkplace because men will not need to use it to keep womyn down, it could still occur. Instead of forcing the victim to either confront the perpetrator herself or report to her supervisor, a mediator service will be installed. A victim is responsible for contacting the mediator service herself. So that the fear of reporting affecting one's job will not exist, the supervisor will not know about the accusations unless it is necessary to protect the victim. The service will be independent of the company and impartial.
ALL WOMYN UNITED TOGETHER INTO ONE WURKFORCE
No longer a need to choose between a feminist group or assimilate into male wurkforce. Womyn are prevented from uniting together because they are put in positions where they must compete with each other for limited resources such as employment and recognition. Well, not in our wurkforce. Womyn need not even bother staking their claim in either the feminist or non-feminist camp because we are all feminists unite
FREE- PAID JOB TRAINING
Womyn who need job training will receive the training for the field they can fully excel in. All jobs will be in our society will be filled and help the society function as one whole feminist utopia.
WURKERS WILL RECEIVE LIVING WAGE + 50%
All will be able to afford the "nice" things in life and not struggle to just make the living. There will no longer be any poverty level wages. We deserve the right to live comfortably and achieve the American Dream that was promised to us so long ago.
CHILDBEARING IS NOT A DISABILITY
Procreation is necessary for survival, thus it will no longer be viewed as a disability, but embraced as a means to create an increased feminist wurkforce.
RETIREMENT DOES NOT MEAN DEACTIVATING FROM THE COMMUNITY
Limitations of age will not be forced because womyn are able to wurk to their full potential and not feel oppressed. Therefore womyn will be able to wurk until they feel they have full filled this time and are exhausted.
DISABILITIES WILL NOT LIMIT INDIVIDUALS' POTENTIAL
Our community is only as strong as our weakest member, so we shall take care of our fellow womyn who need assistance, both mental and physical. Time and money are no factor to those who may need aid.
The power struggle is over. Men can dominate their workforce which they refuse womyn access to; we will rise above without their holding us down.
